A Servant Leader for the People of God

A servant leader is rooted in a Christian belief. Biblically, leadership does not mean to be a dictator, nor does it mean to be mindlessly subservient to every whim. As a servant leader, Bishop McCloud is responsible, compassionate, understanding, takes initiative, competent, respectable, pioneering, exemplary, self-sacrificing and God-fearing. Bishop McCloud has a qualitatively measurable record that shows his understanding and commitment to African Methodism and he uses a highly educated mind to problem solve and engage in free decision-making.
